Returns & Refund Policy

Due to strict pharmaceutical hygiene regulations governing Ayurvedic medicinal formulations, we can only accept returns of items that are completely unopened, with original seals intact, within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Broken Items During Transit

In the rare event that a bottle arrives broken or leaking, please photograph the damaged package within 48 hours of receipt and email it to care@aryavaidya.in along with your Order Reference Number. We will dispatch an immediate free replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed through our Razorpay payment gateway back to the source account (UPI, Card, or NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days.
